Scripture commands us to be involved in the church (Hebrews 10:25). It is good for us and honoring to the Lord! But your walk with Christ was not meant to take place only in the hour and a half that you spend in a church service on Sunday mornings.
When God instructed His disciples to make disciples of all nations, His intentions were for his followers to invest their lives into the lives of others.
This endeavor cannot hope to be accomplished in the brief time the church has set aside on Sundays for her people. Is there a solutions? Is there answer? Is there a Way? House Church.
House Church is simply the first century church model examined in the book of Acts 2 being lived out in a modern context.
In house church, we gather together to share a meal and join in edifying fellowship together.
We devote the night to a deeper study of the Bible. We give our lives to one another in fellowship, and where we earnestly pray for the needs and concerns of those we have locked arms with on this journey to Christlikeness. Currently, our house churches are walking through the Gospel of Luke.
Do you want to know Him better, understand His word better, plug in to the local church better? Join a House Church this week.
Find a house church you’re interested in and just show up! If you’re timid, feel free to contact the leaders or us here at the church and we’ll make it easy for you.
